This highly interactive workshop will support you in how to lead your teams through times of change. It will provide you with insight into the theory and practice of change management, enable you to identify how colleagues may react to change, and provide you with practical tools to apply within your own work.
We will consider different approaches that can be used to enable your own team members to engage positively with the change process and to assist with the transition in behaviour.
As a result, you will have an understanding of the reasons for change within HE. You will have considered how to manage and implement change within your teams taking into account both personal reactions and the task based actions that optimise the positive effect of change. You will gain practical insight into how, working with the AUA CPD Framework, you can manage change and support colleagues to maintain motivation through change.
