About this Event
Are you thinking about career progression and development, but not sure where to start? This online interactive workshop will provide you with the space to reflect on your values and motivations and how they impact on the world of work. Using a variety of career planning tools, you will take stock of your skills and qualities, and the resources available to you to develop and take the next step. You will learn about the benefits of different mindsets and consider the reality of the current situation, and how you can make it work for you.
Who is it for?
This session is relevant to anyone looking to develop their career.
By the end of this session, delegates will:
1. Understand what is important to them at work
2. Recognise, and understand how to promote the value they can bring to an organisation
3. Describe the mindsets and techniques that will help them make the most of situations
4. Plan the next steps to develop their career
This was a really thought provoking session. It is one I would highly recommend to colleagues. It really made me stop and think about what i am doing and how it will help and shape my future career.
This was so helpful in terms of helping to understand what my next steps are. I feel much more certain about what to do.
I found this session really helpful and enjoyable.
