About this Event
Would you like to learn more about the AUA’s CPD Framework? We’ve invited two experts to provide an introduction, explaining what it’s all about and how to use it both individually and with your colleagues. We’ll then give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Jan was involved in the development of the framework and has since supported institutions using it across the sector, and Michael has taken a very creative approach to using the Framework developing resources to bring the Framework to life. Join this session if you want to find out how you could use the Framework for your own and/or your team’s development.
By the end of this session, participants will have:
1. An overview of the AUA CPD Framework and how it works
2. A starting point for using the Framework for their own development
3. Ideas for how it can be used to support their colleagues’ development
