Whether you have just started in HE administration or you’re at a crossroads and looking to take the next step in your career, we believe there’s no better place to start than the CPD Framework. Implemented by over 50 projects across the sector, it’s a tried and tested system to help you get the most from your career.
A practical, hands on event, this workshop will introduce you to the AUA Continuing Professional Development Framework and guide you through tools and tecniques to manage your future professional career development. Focusing particularly on the professional behaviours which enable you to work effectively and to deliver quality service, you will be invited to consider the steps to maximise opportunities for career progression and to identify supporting resources.
Who is it for?
Although this workshop is primarily aimed at early career professional HE administrators, the programme has enough scope to assist anyone in taking stock of their career options.
