The welfare and health of everyone in our community is our priority. Given the rapidly developing situation with the Coronavirus outbreak and the uncertainty this is creating we decided this was the responsible approach. While it was a difficult and sad decision to take it was made in the best interests of our delegates, exhibitors and staff.
We do not know how long the UK will be affected by the outbreak or how the situation will develop which makes it difficult to reschedule the Conference in the near future. The Annual Conference is our flagship event and planned way in advance which also makes it difficult to reschedule without impacting the delivery of our other activity.
We have therefore taken the decision to postpone the conference until next year and can confirm it will take place at the University of Nottingham on Monday, 29 and Tuesday, 30 March 2021.
All bookings have automatically been carried over to 2021 however we are also offering full refunds. If you prefer a full refund or would like to transfer your booking to someone else please contact email@example.com and we will action this as soon as possible.
Unfortunately AUA are unable to refund travel expenses as per our standard terms and conditions. Please contact your travel provider directly if you have not done already as you may be able to get some money back or be bale to transfer to a later date.

For those with a booking at the Orchard Hotel, your bedroom reservation has automatically been transferred to 2021, however the hotel are also offering refunds.
If you would like to request a refund or change the name of the booking please contact the Orchard Hotel Reservations team directly at EMCC.firstname.lastname@example.org. Please address your email to Agne from their in-house reservations team who is our dedicated reservations agent quoting the conference name: AUA Conference and Exhibition 2020.
For those with a booking at Rutland Hall, the terms and conditions were updated as of 25.3.20 to state that all bookings will be cancelled and refunded. If you have already cancelled your Rutland Hall booking and received a partial refund, please contact Speedybooker to request a full refund who will then contact the University of Nottingham for approval on your behalf. Halls will be available to book at a later date for the Conference next year.
