Call for session proposals | AUA Autumn Conference 2018
We are now inviting working session proposals for the Autumn Conference 2018, which will take place at the Royal Society in London on Thursday, 29 November 2018.
The rate and scale of change across the HE sector is intense, bringing significant challenges, as well as potential opportunities, to HE administrators. This is why the focus of this year’s Autumn Conference is:
Rising to the challenges of change
As an HE professional, how can you develop and thrive through uncertainty and embrace the opportunities that arise?
We are looking for a range of topics to showcase your knowledge and experience and share examples of effective professional practice with colleagues from across the sector.
To aid your thinking, we’ve provided some general themes you may wish to cover:
- Innovation and adaptation
- Resilience and wellbeing
- Partnerships and collaboration
- Overcoming resistance to change
The AUA CPD Framework is at the centre of all our professional development activities. Please describe how your session supports up to three of our nine professional behaviours. Read more about the AUA CPD Framework.
