Exhibition stand, SOLD

Our exhibition is one of the key attractions at our Annual Conference. We want to make our 2018 exhibition bigger and better than ever, not only creating valuable networking and commercial opportunities, but enhancing the overall experience for our delegates.

Supplier showcase,  SOLD

This is your chance to participate in the Conference programme. A supplier showcase enables you to deliver a sponsored session to delegates who choose to attend your session. You will be required to complete a session proposal form before 15 September detailing what your session will contain, and it will need to fit with the Conference theme, but otherwise, the options are limitless! A targeted and very limited opportunity!

As part of this package you will receive:

  • A 75 minute slot during the main conference programme to deliver a session directly to delegates
  • Your company profile included in the sponsor section of the Conference handbook (company logo and 75 word blurb)
  • An immediate tweet on confirmation of your package posted using #AUA2018 and @your company (if a Twitter user)

A promotional insert is an opportunity to include your marketing material in our delegate packs which are given to all delegates (day delegates and full delegates, approximately 700 in total)

As standard all exhibitors and sponsors information will be included in a specific section of the conference handbook, there is however an additional option to draw further notice to your brand by purchasing a quarter page (87mm x 126mm) full colour advertisement within the handbook. Conditions apply. 

Hotspot, SOLD

Hotspots give you maximum exposure.  They are part of the opening plenary when the majority of delegates are in attendance. There are a maximum of 4 hotspot opportunities which will take place on Monday 26 March.

Sunday Social Sponsorship, £800.00 + VAT

The Sunday night social takes place prior to the Conference formally beginning. This event is popular with both first-timers and frequent Conference attendees. Delegates are relaxed and ready to network so it’s a great opportunity to sponsor and attend. This package includes:

  • Attendance for two sponsors at the Sunday social (up to three extra sponsors can attend for an additional fee).

We publish our hardcopy magazine three times a year. This is circulated out to approximately 3500 of our current and new members and is also published online in our members’ area of the website. Advertise your involvement in the AUA Annual Conference & Exhibition early and really extend your reach in the HE sector by promoting your brand with an advert in Newslink.
